Nicoli Lab

A postdoctoral position is available in our lab at the Yale Cardiovascular Research Center to study the role of miRNAs in cardiovascular biology (see our Science and Publications).

Candidates must have excellent molecular biology and microscopy skills. Computational skills are preferable but not necessary. Candidates are required to have strong interpersonal skills and outstanding written and spoken English to collaborate with a diverse team of scientists.
Qualified candidates should have recently accomplished their Ph.D. degree and send a cover letter summarizing their research interests, a list of journal publications in which they have first author contributions, and contact information for three references to:

Graduate and undergraduate students are welcome in the Nicoli lab. We have several projects available:

​1-Live imaging of vascular and neural cell interactions within the zebrafish brain of miRNA mutants
2-Generation of CRISPR/Cas9 mutants for multigene family miRNAs
3-Blood flow and vessel remodeling in miRNAs mutants
